But why was it the best $10, you might ask yourself? Well, because we can get Abby to do anything by threatening to take the tent down...
"Pick up your blocks,... or we'll take down the tent..."
"Open your mouth wide so I can brush your teeth,... or we'll take down the tent..."
"Eat your dinner,...or we'll take down the tent..."
Happy as a clam...and almost as naked, too.
I know, we're nearly shameless. But, it has worked to get some of the greatest behavior out of Abby. We love it.
Abby has slept in the tent nearly every nap time and bed time since we got it. This weekend on the way home from St. George Abby decided that since she didn't have the tent to sleep in, she had to take matters into her own hands and make her own tent.
That's her head bumping up...
We were concerned about her not having enough oxygen to breathe, but despite our efforts, she was going to sleep in it her way.
...and that's what we found when we checked.

I want to know if she has her own puppy to keep her company in that tent! It was fun to see her (and you) in action at TKE.
Remind me to tell you about the tents that attach to the mattress...that way they can sleep in a tent on their bed.
THEE Most important principle of child raising (aside from unconditional love) is to learn what they cannot live without and use that knowledge for control and influence....like tents!
You will do well young Jedis'.
